Where possible I always try to use homegrown seasonal flowers…

…lovingly cultivated on my cutting garden just a stone’s throw away from my studio.

From double peony tulips in the spring to garden roses in the summer, creating arrangements that have literally just been picked from the garden fills me with joy.

Homegrowing my flowers also gives me  an excuse to spend as much time as I can in my  cutting garden. Taking a rough patch of earth and turning it into a bountiful oasis filled with seasonal blooms gives me an enormous sense of achievement. If I’m not in my studio, you know where to find me!
